Definitions:Incorrect means the wrong title, edition, or format was sent compared to what the customer ordered.Incorrectly shipped means the right book was sent, but there was a delivery mistake (e.g., wrong address, wrong quantity, or mismatched shipping label).
Timeframe: Customers must request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
Process:Customers must email proof of purchase and photos of the issue.Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exclusions: Digital/ebook purchases are non-refundable once downloaded.
